I BECOME DELICIOUS
I subscribe to hundreds of blogs and feeds with my amazing Google Reader RSS Situation Thing. This has made waiting in long lines at the post office or supermarket, and standing on the corner like a schmuck waiting for the bus, into a relative pleasure, since I can read about Adam Zagajewski’s latest book and the imminent arrival of mind-uploading technology and the newest shirtless pictures of Channing Tatum.
You tend to find lots of awesome stuff in all this internet-ransacking, but it’s hard to keep records of all the stuff you dig. The “Bookmarks” feature on most web browsers feels clunky and unhelpful; like a lot of people, I only use it for the sites that I visit regularly. But if I find an awesome article about Sigourney Weaver’s favorite restaurants, or a reprint of Alan Turing’s “Computing Machinery and Intelligence,” I want to be able to find it again and share it with others without having it take up space in my Bookmarks tab.
Which is why I just got a Delicious account. It’s nice to have an archive of every little thing you love, without having to do a separate blog entry or link to my Facebook page every time I find a site or article for each one.
So come check me out at:

… and I still haven’t figure out the whole social networking aspect of Delicious, so if folks use it and like and have some thoughts on that, drop me a line…
